Before you arrange a booking, please read our terms and conditions. Any booking made is done with the understanding that you accept the following.

General
All rooms in the house are smoke free. Please use the outside areas.

Children are welcome, but we will not take any responsibility for any injury or the like. Please note that this house is on a hill and there are stairways, and some children are not used to these hazards.

Bookings
All bookings must be secured with a 50% (non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of days booked) deposit.

Cancellation within 7 days of your arrival will incur 100% of the booking cost as penalty.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS. Sorry no cheques.
